CATERING
All types of knives. Pizza wheels. etc.
For the professional caterer or the home chef who likes to keep their knives and tools with a keen sharpness.
I offer a knife sharpening service for all types of knives. Japanese knives, bread knives, fish knives and cleavers.
I have a dedicated stone wheel, which passes through a water bath, rotating very slowly, preventing your blades heating up and losing their temper. Then polished up on mops, giving a 3000grit mirror finish. I give them a 30degree angle, which gives them a very sharp and very strong edge that will last a very long time. Or you can choose whatever angle you prefer.
If you have dropped your knife and lost the tip, or taken nicks out of the edge. Fear not. I can re-profile and re-tip your knives, bringing them back to brand new again.

Clippers, scissors, thinners and chunkers
I can do all types of scissor sharpening. Flat bevel-convex bevel-thinners and chunkers. I also have the machine to re-address the corrugations on corrugated scissors, i.e.Roseline scissors.
I have plenty of spare parts for and damaged or broken scissors, aswell as re-setting and re-profiling dropped scissors.
I also provide a dog groomers clipper blade sharpening service. All makes and models of clipper blades and trimmer blades. I also have plenty of spare parts, for broken or damaged blades.

CARPENTRY TOOLS
Chisels, Planer blades. Circular saw blades etc.

Nothing is more important in carpentry than keeping your tools sharp.
I offer a professional chisel sharpening service aswell as planer blades.
These are done on a dedicated chisel/planer blade sharpening machine. A vertical diamond belt sander. Diamond belts are used to keep your chisels/planer blades from heating up during the sharpening process and losing their temper. Going up to a 3000grit belt, this gives them a razor edge and a mirror finish- I also flatten the backs of the blades, as mostly this is not done at the manufacturing stage, so quite often, you will get your tools back sharper than when you first buy them.
I also provide a circular saw blade sharpening service on a dedicated circular saw blade sharpening machine with a diamond wheel, this stops the teeth heating up whilst being sharpened and to not loose their temper.
And I do a drill bit sharpening service. I can put a twist on the tips, making them more stable during initial use, and a lot faster at cutting.

I sharpen your drill bits. I can also put a twist onto them making them a lot sharper and more stable.
Also tools that take a lot of punishment - breaker bars and wrekker bars work a lot better with a decent edge on them.Â
Chainsaws cut a lot better when they have good machine sharpened teeth on them.
